Contact support
Email support@gtimer.app. Include the app version, device model and operating-system version. Do not include passwords, privacy PINs or unnecessary sensitive dose information.
Restore gTimer Pro
Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Open gTimer Pro in the app and choose Restore Purchases. TestFlight purchases are sandbox transactions and do not charge your payment method or transfer into the production App Store app.
Sync is not updating
- Confirm that sync is enabled and the device is signed into the intended gTimer account.
- For iCloud sync, confirm iCloud Drive is enabled for gTimer and each device uses the same Apple Account.
- Check that the device has an internet connection, then use Sync Now.
- Do not uninstall the app while unsynced records exist. Create an app backup first.
Location is not added
In system settings, allow gTimer to access location while the app is in use. In gTimer settings, enable location attachment for dose logging. Buildings, indoor use and limited GPS visibility can reduce accuracy; review a suggested place before relying on it.
Back up before changing devices
Use gTimer's data backup/export control before reinstalling the app, changing bundle variants or replacing a device. Confirm the backup can be selected before removing the original copy.
Delete an account
Use the account-deletion control in gTimer settings when available. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@gtimer.app from the address registered to the account and request deletion. We will verify the request before deleting server-held account information.
Deleting a gTimer account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in Apple Account subscription settings. Local records may remain on devices until you delete them or remove the app.
Safety
gTimer is not an emergency or medical service. If someone is unconscious, has difficulty breathing, is having a seizure or may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now.
